Pressure-filled goal setting? Adding more to your already-full plate? No, thank you! This is goal setting for people who hate goal setting. Step by step, you’ll uncover goals that last—goals you want to follow through on. No perfection required!

In this episode:

—We get honest from the start: you’re in one of two camps—you’re either excited for the year ahead, but don’t know how to get started or where to begin, OR you’re frustrated that you didn’t make progress on some of your goals this year and you’re feeling burned out.
—I tell you why traditional goal setting hasn’t worked for me, and I’ll teach you goal setting process for people who hate goal setting. (Yes, I said it—I hate traditional goal setting.) My process is untraditional, and IT WORKS!
—You learn what a “cultivated goal” is—and it doesn’t include the traditional pressure-filled, do-it-all goal-setting stuff that you’ve heard about your whole life. Cultivated goals are about growing what you’ve been given and what you already have: your relationships, your money, your possessions, your work, your children, your home, your health, and your time.
—We talk through practical, easy-to-implement tips to cultivate your life. You’re going to love them, and they’re going to change your life!
—You will take away a short and easy homework assignment that’s going to set you up for success all year long.
